We are proud to have worked and delivered custom modular classrooms to various school boards throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta. We have our standard modular classrooms sizes of 24’ x 50’ and 24’ x 40’ designs that we can offer our customers. We will take the time to work with our customers if our standard design does not meet your standard. Versatile will ensure that the mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural components will connect to the existing buildings. 

Modular Classroom

To expand the Pasqua First Nation elementary school we designed and supplied 2 – 24’x50’ units to meet their enrollment demands. 

Bigstone Cree Nation purchase 3 modular classrooms in 2016. With our unique design of allowing them for future expansion we added 4 more classrooms in 2018 and 3 more in 2019. This full expansion came in on time and under budget. We worked with the community to engaged and use local forces as much as we could.

This project consisted of 18 modules encompassing over 10,000 sq/ft. This was delivered and installed on time to the customer. 

This project was a custom designed 24’ x 65’ office administration complex for the RM of Rudy. This was a full design, build and install project. Delivered on time and under budget. 

This project consisted of 12 – 12’ x 40’ Skid and trailer mounted lunchrooms and washcars for their mining projects in Fort McMurray. These units were designed to be moved and placed numerous times in very rugged and rough terrain. The modular units all were self-contained with on board water and sewer systems. The client requested to have the option to use either the 30 Kw Cummins Generators or use connect it to off-shore power. Mold resistant magnesium gypsum board and high traffic flooring was installed for high traffic and rugged use.
